Choose any form from the templates and click "View Details" button to view the full form.

Click "Buy This Form" to start the purchasing process.

In case you are logged in, Fill up the billing details form and click "Checkout". If you are a new user or you already have account but not logged in, choose "Account Option" wisely. Please use authentic email address for creating new account otherwise you will be restricted.

After submitting the billing info you will be redirected to stripe checkout page. Pay the fee using your card and your form will be purchased.

Create an account or login with your existing account. Then browse to Dashboard => Manage Form.

Click "Create New Form" button then fill up the billing details form and submit.

Fill up the form details and submit to create a form successfully.

To activate the form, go to "Manage Invoice" option and pay due invoice created for the form.

In 1st step, play with the form colors and specify the email field carefully where the email will be sent when any user submits the form. To use image as background, choose an image then check the "Use Background Image" option to ensure.

Here you will be configuring the form fields, field type and their order of appearance. As per shown on the right side section, click on handle and drag any previously added field up or down to ensure the field order. You can see the from preview at bottom on this page.

As per your suitable use case, you can choose a link or auto height-width adjustable iframe or manual height-width adjustable iframe. Please read the instructions while choosing the right code for your scenario. Copy your preferred code then paste to any of your desired place of your website and that's how your form integration completes.
